Drop in to meet with the Skills Upgrading Centre. For 40 years, the Skills Upgrading Centre has offered free, customized training to help eligible adults in York-Simcoe build brighter futures! Strengthen your reading, writing and math skills with our essential skills programs. Prepare to write the Grade 12 equivalency (CAEC) or apply to post-secondary education. Develop in-demand employability skills, bookkeeping skills, and customer service skills. Learn computer and digital skills in commonly used programs such as Windows, Gmail, and Microsoft 365.
