A Living Dance of Light and Colour in Motion: An immersive experience created to soothe the mind!
Join local artists Naghmeh Amin and Sina Mashayekhi as they share an exhibit entitled Light and Colour in Motion: A Wellness Art Experience. Visitors will experience a guided art presentation, where each artwork comes alive through an interplay of color, light, music, and gentle motion. The artwork is designed to slow down the mind, ease emotional tension, and support mental well-being. We will briefly discuss the pieces and the intention behind them, but the experience is primarily sensory, reflective, and restorative.
This event is organized by Naghmeh Amin and Sina Mashayekhi, in collaboration with United Way York Region, Newmarket Library, and SIMA (Senior Iranian Multicultural Association).
