Meet Mahta Gharaei, a National Champion and multi-time international medalist as a National Team athlete with Karate Canada (2017-2025), and a social impact leader who uses sports, education, and lived experience to empower youth across Canada. Join her for an inspiring 40-minute animated workshop that builds participants' confidence, leadership, and goal-setting skills. Through storytelling and her "10 Golden Rules of Champion Minds," Mahta empowers youth--especially girls, newcomers, and racialized students--to believe in themselves and stay motivated in school, sport, and life.
