Our annual plant swap and sale is coming!

We are so looking forward to our annual event that brings together plant enthusiasts and gardeners from our community to donate, swap or buy plants. It’s also a great opportunity to mingle with others who share a love of plants and are proud of their green thumbs. Last year's turnout was amazing with lots of different types of plants available to swap and buy. As the saying goes, 'a beautiful plant is like having a friend around the house.' We look forward to seeing everyone at this year's free event taking place in the Library's multipurpose room.

2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Now is the time to start propagating your plants, then bring them or your seedlings to the Library’s Plant Swap. It’s a great way to gain new plants for your collection! To participate contact 905-905-953-5110 Ext. 4770.

Plant Sale starts at 3:15 p.m.
House plants, garden plants and vegetable seedlings, all available for a reasonable price! Cash, credit and debit accepted. Funds raised from the plant sale support the Library’s community seed library. Containers and/or pots will not be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to donate to the sale, please bring your plants to the Library on Friday, May 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Saturday, May 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
